What frequencies are used for Private 5G in Denmark?
Private networks operate on locally allocated frequencies, which are administered by the Danish Energy Agency. The advantage of a local allocation is that the network is separate from the public mobile network, so that capacity is not shared with the surroundings. How secure is a Private 5G network?
Access is controlled with SIM or eSIM profiles in the hardware, and the traffic is encrypted. A device without a profile that you have approved cannot access the network. What equipment does a Private 5G network require?
