ConneX and OakSystem – the foundation for your IoT
KM Telecom's IoT solutions are built on the ConneX platform and OakSystem – a dedicated IoT platform, developed with full control over data, functionality and further development. While many solutions in the market are based on standard third-party software, ConneX owns the core. This provides greater flexibility, faster adaptation and a solution that can grow with your needs.
The platform collects insights from sensors, installations and existing systems so that operations, consumption and activity can be understood and managed continuously – from one place.
Data in Denmark – complete security
All data is stored securely on servers in Denmark, subject to Danish and European legislation. Your data is your data – it is used exclusively to deliver the agreed solution. No third-party sharing, no uncertainty.
Secure communication – independent of your network
Data is transmitted via dedicated gateways based on LoRaWAN and 5G. The solution does not require access to your internal network, which increases security and simplifies IT approval. LoRaWAN provides long range and stable communication – even through concrete, basements and challenging environments.
Open ecosystem – no vendor lock-in
ConneX is built on standard LoRaWAN IoT components with access to over 1.000 different sensors. This means you are not locked into one vendor or one type of hardware – and the solution can be continuously expanded with new sensor types and functions.
